This Site is provided to you "as is." HOWELL'S MOTOR
FREIGHT ®, INC.'S makes no representations, guarantees or
warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability security or
completeness of this Site. HOWELL'S MOTOR FREIGHT ®, INC.'S
disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied,
including without limitation, Implied Warranties of Merchantability,
Fitness for a Particular Purpose, Title and Non-Infringement.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8. Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Virginia.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties
regarding the use and access to this Site. This Agreement supersedes
and cancels any prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements
on the subjects herein. You acknowledge that you are not entering
into this Agreement on the basis of any representations not
contained herein.
