Howell's Motor Freight has been providing TL, LTL, and Pool Distribution services for shippers, private fleets and truckload carriers since 1957.  Howell's temperature-controlled and dry freight service solutions will allow optimal alternatives with the new hours of service changes.  We can deliver temperature-controlled and dry freight shipments that have missed appointments or have prohibitive scheduling, such as too many stop-offs.  The new rules will require new solutions, and we already have them in place.
